Liver Sausage Special
|Rye bread slice||8 (Russian)|
|Mustard sauce||1 Tablespoon (Bottled)|
|Smoked liver sausage slices||4 Ounce (8 Slices)|
|Processed swiss cheese slices||4 Ounce, halved lengthwise (4 Slices)|
|Green pepper rings||4|
|Canned sauerkraut||8 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter/Melted margarine||2 Tablespoon (Optional)|
Spread bread with mustard sauce.
On each of 4 slices bread, place 2 slices liver sausage, 2 pieces cheese, 1 green pepper ring, one fourth of the sauerkraut, and some parsley.
Top with remaining bread.
Serve cold or brush with butter and grill on both sides.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
