Liver Sausage Special

Ingredients
  Rye bread slice 8 (Russian)
  Mustard sauce 1 Tablespoon (Bottled)
  Smoked liver sausage slices 4 Ounce (8 Slices)
  Processed swiss cheese slices 4 Ounce, halved lengthwise (4 Slices)
  Green pepper rings 4
  Canned sauerkraut 8 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Snipped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Melted margarine 2 Tablespoon (Optional)
Directions

Spread bread with mustard sauce.
On each of 4 slices bread, place 2 slices liver sausage, 2 pieces cheese, 1 green pepper ring, one fourth of the sauerkraut, and some parsley.
Top with remaining bread.
Serve cold or brush with butter and grill on both sides.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
