Savory Liver Loaf
|Liver||1 Pound, cubed|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Celery stalks||2 , chopped (And Tops)|
|Tomatoes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), stewed|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, mashed|
Saute liver, onions and celery.
Place in blender, with egg and part of stewed tomatoes.
Blend until smooth.
Turn into bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
Add only enough more stewed tomatoes to moisten.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350Â° F. for 1 hour.
