Sauteed Liver

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Liver 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil.
Saute garlic, remove and discard.
Dredge liver in remaining ingredients.
Saute 3 minutes on each side.
