Liver In Mushroom Sauce

|Liver||1 Pound, cubed|
|Whole wheat flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Essence||1 Teaspoon (Of Sweet Herbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy grits||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 0.25 cup stock|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , sliced|
|Sweet cider||3 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
Dredge liver in flour.
Lightly saute liver and mushrooms.
Add salt, milk, soy grits, and yeast.
Simmer gently 5 minutes.
Add eggs and cider.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
