Liver In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Liver 1 Pound, cubed
  Whole wheat flour 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Essence 1 Teaspoon (Of Sweet Herbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 0.25 cup stock
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , sliced
  Sweet cider 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Dredge liver in flour.
Heat oil.
Lightly saute liver and mushrooms.
Add salt, milk, soy grits, and yeast.
Cover.
Simmer gently 5 minutes.
Add eggs and cider.
Heat thoroughly.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
