Liver With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Liver 1 Pound, sliced
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 6 Small
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), dried cooked
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 2
  Turnips 2
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

Brown 1 onion, flour, and liver in fat.
Cut the liver into small pieces.
Add water, peas, tomatoes, diced carrots, turnips, seasoning, and the remaining onions.
Cook for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are done.
