Liver Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Liver 1⁄2 Pound
  Green peppers 6
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Drop the liver in boiling salted water and cook from 5 to 10 minutes.
Grind in a meat chopper.
Remove the seeds from peppers.
Parboil for a few minutes in boiling salted water.
Mix all the ingredients and stuff the peppers.
Set in a baking dish, pour hot water around the peppers and bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven (350 F ).
