Sauteed Livers And Vegetables
|Sliced green bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Chicken livers||10 Ounce|
In 9-inch skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onion and garlic and saute until softened.
Add livers and saute over medium- high heat for 3 minutes; add green pepper and saute for 2 minutes longer.
Add tomato and saute until just heated through; season with salt and serve.
