Ingredients
  Hard boiled egg 1
  Mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Kosher salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In skillet, heat the oil
2) On a medium heat, fry the mushroom and onion till soft
3) Using a sharp knife, chop the onions and the mushrooms and eggs together till smooth
4) Add the salt and pepper and mix together
5) Place the chopped items in a bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
6) Serve the mixture on toast
