Liver Bake

Ingredients
  Pig's liver 8 Ounce
  Skinless sausage 8 Ounce
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Onions 2
  Tomatoes 8 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sage 1 Pinch
  Stock 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

GETTING READY

1) Wash the liver and cut into thin slices.
2) Slice onions and sausages.
3) Peel and cut the tomatoes.

MAKING

4) Take a casserole dish and melt butter.
5) Fry the onion in the butter.
6) Take out the onion and drain the excess fat.
7) Take the baking dish and place alternate layers of onion, sausage, liver and tomato
8) Add season to the layers and pour the stock.
9) Cover the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F, 180°C, Gas Mark 4.

SERVING

10) Serve the dish in a serving plate.
