Ingredients
  Liver 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soya flour 3 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice liver in one-fourth inch cubes.

MAKING
2) In a bowl add liver and sprinkle soy flour over it.
3) Toss until coated.
4) Put skillet on lowest heat.
5) Heat oil and add liver.
6) Simmer and stir until liver is cooked. Cover with tight fitting lid.
7) Once the liver browns, add vegetables, a dash of kelp and garlic.
8) Continue to cook and simmer until vegetables are done.

SERVING
9) Serve hot.
