Liver With Onions

Ingredients
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Lamb liver slices/Calf liver slices 6
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Peel and slice onions.
2) Trim and wipe liver.
3) Season the flour and use to coat the liver.

MAKING
4) In a large skillet, melt the butter.
5) Add the onions and fry till golden.
6) Add liver slices and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
7) Stir in parsley if using.
8) Transfer to a warmed serving dish and top with fried onions.
8) Spoon pan juices over.

SERVING
9) Serve with boiled potatoes and parsleyed baby carrots.
