Liver Country Style
|Lamb liver||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Corn oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion sauce mix||1|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 Ounce, sliced|
1. In a pan add oil fry liver, then drain and place in ovenproof casserole.
2. Prepare the sauce as per packet directions using 1/2 pint milk and pour over liver.
3. With cover bake the liver at 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for about 25 minutes.
4. Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking add mushrooms and let it cook until tender.
5. Serve hot with desired garnish.
