Ingredients
  Onions 8 Medium, sliced
  Calf's liver 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Hard boiled eggs 2
  Chicken fat 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onions with 1 tablespoon chicken fat.
Cover.
Broil liver and chicken livers under grill.
Put onions, liver and hard-boiled eggs through meat grinder.
Add salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons chicken fat.
Chop thoroughly until desired texture.
