|Calves||1 Pound, sliced 1/2 inch thick (or lambs' liver)|
|Butter||1 , melted (as required)|
|Pepper||1 (as required)|
Brush liver with melted butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil, 3 inches from heat, 3 minutes on each side.
Makes 4 servings.
