Broiled Liver

Ingredients
  Calves 1 Pound, sliced 1/2 inch thick (or lambs' liver)
  Butter 1 , melted (as required)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1 (as required)
Directions

Brush liver with melted butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil, 3 inches from heat, 3 minutes on each side.
Makes 4 servings.
