Stir Fried Liver And Vegetables

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 10 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 , ground
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 1 Dash
  Peanut oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chinese sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mushrooms 1 , sliced
  Broccoli florets 1 , cooked
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In small bowl,mix together livers, soy sauce, ginger, onion powder, and sweetener andput aside for use.

MAKING
2) Take a 9-inch skillet, heat peanut and sesame oils,now add garlic and fry briefly by turning until lightly browned.
3) Pull out and discard the garlic.
4) Into the skillet,add the mushrooms and fry quickly by turning for about 3 minutes.
5) Add the liver and soy mixture, cook, mixing swiftly and frequently till the liverchanges colour for about 5 minutes.
6) Now add broccoli and mix slowly until well-heated.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
