This Savory Liver dish tastes too good to resist! A deliciously rich recipe graced with generous seasoning, this Savory Liver is perfect to serve for occasions.
Ingredients
  Liver 1 Pound
  French dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1
  Onion 1
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the liver into small pieces and marinate for several hours in the French dressing
2) Sprinkle in the flour seasoned with the salt and pepper
3) In a frying pan, add in the fat and sauté the livers with the green pepper and onion
4) Add the Worcestershire sauce, water and stir till well combined and thickened slightly

SERVING
5) Serve the livers with some rice, tomato – cucumber salad
