Braised Spiced Liver

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 450 Gram
  Onion 1 Large
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Ginger 10 Gram
  Green ginger 3⁄4 Inch
  Chilies 2
  Coriander 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Turmeric 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet heat 3 tbsp oil. Fry rempah until fragrant.
2) Add chicken liver slices and seal on all sides.
3) Add 2 cups water and enough soya sauce to taste.
4) Cover the pan and simmer for about 7 minutes.
5) Cook until the liver is firm. Do not overcook, it should be pink but not tough.

SERVING
6) Garnish with chilli and coriander leaves.
7) Serve immediately with plain rice or simple vegetables.
