Liver N Onions
|Yellow onions||2 Large, diced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Tamari||2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)|
|Beef liver||1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)|
|Basil||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Marjoram||2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)|
Combine onions with garlic and tamari in a skillet.
Steam-stir in a small amount of water until tender and browned slightly.
This will take about 20 minutes over medium heat.
Add liver and herbs to onion mixture and cook, covered, just until liver is pink inside and has clear juices.
Serve hot with steamed new potatoes, or with boiled potatoes garnished with parsley.
