Liver En Papillote

Ingredients
  Frozen lambs liver 1 Pound, thawed and sliced
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce
  Bacon rashers 4 Ounce, rinded and chopped
  Onion 1 , skinned
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Leveled), grated
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Orange slices 2 (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut foil into four squares and grase them with butter.
2) Place the liver slices euqally on the foil squares.

MAKING
3) In a pan, melt the 1/2 oz of butter.
4) Lightly saute the bacon and onion until tender and transparent.
5) Remove the pan from the heat and add parsley with grated rind of orange.
6)Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

FINALIZING
7) Place the bacon mixture equally on top of the liver slices.
8) Wrap the foil squares loosely and place on a baking sheet.
9) In oven, cook at 350 degree F for 30 minutes.

SERVING
10) While serving, unfold the foil and garnish the filling with orange slices.
