Stir Fried Pork Liver

Ingredients
  Pork liver 10 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Chinese rice wine 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Onion spring 1
  Chicken stock powder 1 Teaspoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon, blended
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Marinate liver with wine for about 5 minutes.

MAKING
2) Heat oil and fry the garlic for a few seconds.
3) Next, add drained liver, ginger, spring onion and chilli (optional). Stir fry over high heat for a few seconds.
4) Add stock powder, soy sauce and sugar and continue stir frying for 1-2 minutes, till the liver is cooked.

SERVING
5) Thicken with corn flour and serve immediately.
