Liver Sausage Stuffed Flounder
|Liver sausage||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||5 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||5 Tablespoon|
Place the fillets on a board and spread each one with some liver sausage, then sprinkle on the parsley and cheese.
Sandwich two fillets with the sausage sides together, and secure with a wooden toothpick.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the fish on each side, until cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve at once.
