1) Make a mixture of seasoning, flour and orange rind.
2) Coat this mixture over the liver slices.
3) Take a frying pan and melt the butter or margarine in it and cook the liver for about 5 minutes, tossing once.
4) Do not overcook the liver.
5) Add in the orange juice and mix well with the pan juices.
6) Allow simmering for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
