Braised Liver

Ingredients
  Liver 340 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Onions 115 Gram
  Parsley sprigs 6
  Refined flour 10 Gram
  Fat 30 Gram
Directions

1. Season liver with salt and pepper.
2. Heat fat, brown onions. Add liver and saute.
3. Remove surplus fat. Add hot water.
4. Cover and cook till tender.
5. Add flour mixed with water to form a smooth paste.
6. Bring to boil, add chopped parsley and keep in a moderate oven for 10-20 minutes.
