Fried Liver and Onion
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef liver||1 Pound, cut in serving pieces|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat liver pieces with flour.
To preheat browning dish, MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH.
Place half the liver and half the onion in browning dish.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, depending on desired done-ness, turning liver over once.
Repeat with remaining liver and onions.
Return all liver to browning dish.
Spoon onions on top of liver, MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES to 12 MINUTES on '6', or until liver is tender.
