Liver Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork liver 1
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Broil liver for about 10 minutes on each side.
Force through food chopper, using medium blade.
Saute onion and garlic in the lard until golden.
Add vinegar, sugar, water, and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in ground liver, heat, and add salt to taste.
