Ingredients
  Liver 1 Pound, sliced 1/2 to 1-inch thick
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Place liver on broiler pan or cookie sheet.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Turn.
Broil second side for 2 to 3 minutes until color just starts to turn.
Cut into individual servings; serve immediately.
