|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Tomatoes||2 , skinned and chopped|
|Single cream/Milk||1⁄4 Pint|
Cut the liver into small pieces and fry for about 3 minutes in the dripping or butter.
Take care it does not become too hard on the outside.
Add stock or water, seasoning, onion and tomatoes.
Simmer for 40-45 minutes.
Blend the flour with the milk or cream, stir into soup to thicken.
Re-season if necessary.
