Broiled Liver And Onions

Ingredients
  Sliced onion 6 Ounce
  Chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Calf liver/Beef liver 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In saucepan combine all ingredients except liver.
Cook until onions are tender and most of the liquid is evaporated.
Place liver on a rack; broil 4 inches from source of heat, turning once until done to taste.
Serve onion mixture over liver.
Divide evenly.
