Liver Sweet And Sour

Ingredients
  Lamb liver 1 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chutney 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

Cut the liver into narrow strips.
Fry in the hot butter for 3 minutes only, then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer gently for 6-8 minutes.
