Chopped Liver

Ingredients
  Chicken livers/Null 1 Pound (Null)
  Vegetable cooking spray/Null 1 (Null)
  Onions/Null 2 Medium, sliced (Null)
  Canned no salt added chicken broth/Null 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Butter flavor powder/Null 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hard cooked eggs/Null 2 (Null)
  Chopped fresh parsley/Null 2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Salt/Null 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Null)
  Freshly ground pepper/Null 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Null)
  Ground nutmeg/Null 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Null)
Directions

Place chicken livers on rack of a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heating element 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Set aside.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray,- place over medium heat until hot.
Add sliced onion, and saute until render.
Increase heat to mediumhigh, and cook until onion begins to brown.
Set aside.
Place chicken broth in a small saucepan,- cook over medium heat until Thoroughly heated.
Stir in powdered butter flavor.
Remove from heat.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add chicken livers, onion, eggs, and next 4 ingredients.
Top with cover, and process until coarsely chopped.
With processor running, pour chicken broth mixture Through food chute in a slow, steady stream until mixture is combined.
Transfer mixture to a small bowl.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
