Chili Liver

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Sliced beef liver/Calf's liver 1 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed french onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili sauce/Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.
Pour off fat, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
Dust liver with flour; brown in drippings.
Add soup and chili sauce.
Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Uncover; cook to desired consistency.
Garnish with bacon.
