Deep Fried Liver

Ingredients
  Liver 1 (Fresh)
  Egg 1
  Farina 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Peanut oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon (Assorted, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Cut the liver into strips about 1/4 inch wide.
Dip them in egg whipped with a tiny bit of water, and then dredge them in farina.
Deep-fry at 350° in the oil until barely brown.
Set out mayonnaise, and dip the liver stick into any of your choice.
Dilled, curried, or onion and parsleyed mayonnaises are only the beginning
