Calf'S Liver And Onions

Ingredients
  Calves liver/Beef liver 1 Pound
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Diced bacon slices 8
  Onions 2 Medium, thinly sliced
Directions

In paper sack coat liver with flour, salt and pepper.
In 10-inch glass skillet microwave (high) bacon and onions 8-10 minutes, stirring once or twice until bacon is crisp.
With slotted spoon, remove onions and bacon.
Add liver.
Microwave (high), covered, 5-6 minutes, turning over and rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Return onions and bacon to dish on top of liver.
Microwave (high), covered, 1-2 minutes more or until heated throughout.
Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
