Savory Liver Skillet

Ingredients
  Sliced beef/Calves liver 1 Pound, cut into strips
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked rice/Cooked noodles 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Dust liver with flour.
In skillet, brown liver and cook onion in butter.
Add soup, water, and green pepper.
Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes or until liver is tender.
Stir occasionally.
