Savory Liver Skillet
|Sliced beef/Calves liver||1 Pound, cut into strips|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Green pepper strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked rice/Cooked noodles||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Dust liver with flour.
In skillet, brown liver and cook onion in butter.
Add soup, water, and green pepper.
Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes or until liver is tender.
