Chili Liver Strips
|Beef liver/Calf liver||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh pepper||To Taste|
Cut liver into 4-inch pieces and then into 1/4-inch strips.
Melt butter in large skillet until hot.
Add onion slices and saute until soft and golden, about 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, until liver is cooked through but still pink, about 5 minutes
