Beef Liver Steaks
|Beef liver/Calf liver||2 Pound, sliced 2-inches thick|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
Combine flour, salt, and pepper, and dredge liver through this mixture on both sides.
Heat a little oil in a skillet, and quickly brown liver on both sides.
Alternate liver and onion slices in crock cooker.
Stir oregano into tomatoes and pour the tomatoes over all.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
