A perfect dish for any season and any time of the day-Beef Liver Steaks. Follow this Beef Liver Steaks exactly the way it goes here and you have an awesome dish. You wouldn't dream of its taste!
Ingredients
  Beef liver/Calf liver 2 Pound, sliced 2-inches thick
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine flour, salt, and pepper, and dredge liver through this mixture on both sides.
Heat a little oil in a skillet, and quickly brown liver on both sides.
Alternate liver and onion slices in crock cooker.
Stir oregano into tomatoes and pour the tomatoes over all.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
