Ingredients
  Calf liver slice 1 Pound (4 Slices)
  Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Apples 2 , cored and cut into 1/2 inch thick rings
Directions

Dry the liver.
Saute onions in 3 tablespoons margarine.
Remove onion rings and saute apples until they are cooked through but not mushy (about 2 to 3 minutes on each side).
Remove apples.
Saute liver about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Place on platter and top with onions and apples.
