Liver With Apples And Onions
|Calf liver slice||1 Pound (4 Slices)|
|Onions||3 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Apples||2 , cored and cut into 1/2 inch thick rings|
Dry the liver.
Saute onions in 3 tablespoons margarine.
Remove onion rings and saute apples until they are cooked through but not mushy (about 2 to 3 minutes on each side).
Saute liver about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Place on platter and top with onions and apples.
