Savory Liver has a nice taste. The lemon juice adds up the taste of Savory Liver. Savory Liver is an easy to make recipe.
  Veal liver 1 Pound, thinly sliced
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon

Dredge liver slices with flour.
Set aside.
In a skillet, melt shortening.
Add liver, onion and bell pepper.
Sear livers.
Fold in tomato soup, water and lemon juice.
Over low heat, simmer 30 minutes or until liver is tender.
