Fried Chicken Livers

Fried chicken livers is a simple and easy side that can be made and served with homely meals. Floured and deep fried to a golden brown, the fried chicken livers can be served with a sweet and sour plum dipping sauce.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken livers 1 Pound, cut in half
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Sweet and sour plum sauce 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well.Dredge livers in flour mixture.
Fry livers in deep hot oil (350°) for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain livers well on paper towels.
