  Bacon slices 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Ground sage 1 Tablespoon

1. Cut liver into chunks. Season with salt, pepper, and sage.
2. Thread liver and bacon onto 4 skewers, keeping bacon slice in one piece and placing a liver chunk in each loop of bacon.
3. Grill in broiler or over an open fire until done.
