This Liver And Macaroni makes a sumptuous meal ! Generally Indians have rice or roti for a full meal, so this liver and macaroni though good for lunch or dinner finds place in the breakfast or brunch slots. Try this pasta meat casserole and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Masala liver 375 Gram
  Potatoes 2 , boiled and diced
  Cumin seed powder 1 Dash
  Chili powder 1 Dash
  Macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1
Directions

Season the potatoes with chilli and cumin seed powders.
Arrange the liver and potatoes in the centre of a dish, with the macaroni around it.
Bake in a hot oven for ten minutes.
