Sweet And Sour Liver

I love this Sweet and Sour Liver with rice and pasta dishes ! Do try out with your own choice and don't forget to tell me what you like it with. You can make this Sweet and Sour Liver in a jiffy!
  Pineapple 1⁄4 Medium, cubed (Fresh)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut in lengthwise strips
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Artificial sweetener To Taste (Equal To 2 Teaspoons Sugar, Or To Taste)
  Minced chives/Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Instant beef broth and seasoning mix 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1/2 Envelope)
  Fresh ginger root slice/1 dash ground ginger 1
  Red hot sauce 1 Dash
  Liver 6 Ounce, sliced 1/3 inch thick and cut into strips

Combine all ingredients except liver in a saucepan.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Pour boiling water over liver, let stand 3 minutes, drain and dry.
Add liver to saucepan and cook till liver is done.
