Sweet And Sour Liver
I love this Sweet and Sour Liver with rice and pasta dishes ! Do try out with your own choice and don't forget to tell me what you like it with. You can make this Sweet and Sour Liver in a jiffy!
|Pineapple||1⁄4 Medium, cubed (Fresh)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut in lengthwise strips|
|Lemon juice/Vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Artificial sweetener||To Taste (Equal To 2 Teaspoons Sugar, Or To Taste)|
|Minced chives/Dehydrated onion flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), mashed|
|Instant beef broth and seasoning mix||1⁄2 Tablespoon (1/2 Envelope)|
|Fresh ginger root slice/1 dash ground ginger||1|
|Red hot sauce||1 Dash|
|Liver||6 Ounce, sliced 1/3 inch thick and cut into strips|
Combine all ingredients except liver in a saucepan.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Pour boiling water over liver, let stand 3 minutes, drain and dry.
Add liver to saucepan and cook till liver is done.
