Sloe Gin Fizz
|Lemon juice||3 Ounce (2 Jiggers)|
|Sloe gin||6 Ounce (4 Jiggers)|
|Cracked ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carbonated water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled (As Required)|
1. In a food processor, blend lemon juice, Sloe gin, sugar, and cracked ice, using stir blade for about 8- 10 seconds.
2. Strain the Sloe Gin Fizz in 10 ounce cocktail glasses over 1-2 ice cubes.
3. Stir in carbonated water.
4. Serve Sloe Gin Fizz after garnishing with mint.
