Sloe Gin Fizz

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 3 Ounce (2 Jiggers)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sloe gin 6 Ounce (4 Jiggers)
  Cracked ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carbonated water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled (As Required)
  Mint sprig 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, blend lemon juice, Sloe gin, sugar, and cracked ice, using stir blade for about 8- 10 seconds.
2. Strain the Sloe Gin Fizz in 10 ounce cocktail glasses over 1-2 ice cubes.
3. Stir in carbonated water.

SERVING
4. Serve Sloe Gin Fizz after garnishing with mint.
