Sloe Gin

Ingredients
  Soles 1 Pound
  Gin 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Almond extract 2 Drop
Directions

Prick the sloes all over with a fork and put them into a glass jar or plastic container.
Pour the gin over the sloes and stir in the sugar and almond extract.
Cover tightly and store, stirring occasionally, for 4 months before drinking.
