Chocolate Rum Dessert Whip
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||To Taste (Equal To 6 Teaspoons Sugar)|
|Rum extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Brown food coloring||5 Drop|
|Ice cubes||6 (For Quick Setting)|
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan and place over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Transfer to blender with remaining ingredients, except ice cubes.
With blender on, add cubes one at a time.
Spoon into 4 dessert or custard cups and use at once.
