Chocolate Rum Dessert Whip

Ingredients
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener To Taste (Equal To 6 Teaspoons Sugar)
  Chocolate 1 Teaspoon
  Rum extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown food coloring 5 Drop
  Ice cubes 6 (For Quick Setting)
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan and place over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Transfer to blender with remaining ingredients, except ice cubes.
With blender on, add cubes one at a time.
Spoon into 4 dessert or custard cups and use at once.
