|White sugar||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Gin||1 Liter (1 Bottle)|
Prick the plums with a fork several times.
Put all ingredients in a bottle with screw top and leave in view and give it a good shake several times a day for 5 or 6 days.
Store for 1 year (worth the wait).
