Pacific Lime Mold

Ingredients
  Lime jello 9 Ounce (Three 3 Ounce Packages)
  Canned crushed pineapple 30 Ounce
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Creamed Style)
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), whipped
  Chopped walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Drain pineapple and add juice to Jello.
Chill until consistency of egg white, then beat until frothy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a large crystal bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Chill at least 12 hours.
Can be made 48 hours ahead.
