Pacific Lime Mold
|Lime jello||9 Ounce (Three 3 Ounce Packages)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||30 Ounce|
|Boiling water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Creamed Style)|
|Whipping cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), whipped|
|Chopped walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Drain pineapple and add juice to Jello.
Chill until consistency of egg white, then beat until frothy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a large crystal bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Chill at least 12 hours.
Can be made 48 hours ahead.
