Ingredients
  Gelatin 3 Ounce, lemon flavored gelatin
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg whites 3
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a bowl.
Stir in the juices.
Chill until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Beat egg whites until frothy; gradually add sugar, beating constantly until stiff peaks are formed.
Fold into thickened gelatin mixture.
Pile mixture into 6 sherbet glasses and chill until firm.
