Raspberry And Lime Swizzle
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ripe red raspberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon lime carbonated beverage||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|
|Watermelon sherbet||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Thin lime slices||4|
Sprinkle sugar over berries in an electric blender container; let stand 1 hour. Blend thoroughly.
Add lime juice and chill at least 2 hours.
Strain through a sieve.
Pour 1/4 cup of the raspberry syrup into each glass; add 1/2 cup lemon-lime carbonated beverage and stir.
Top with a small scoop of Watermelon Sherbet. Garnish each glass with a thin slice of lime.
