Tuna Lime Ring

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained (Two 7 Ounce Can)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chopped pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dehydrated minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Cucumber slices 4
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water; chill until slightly thickened.
Beat in sour cream until smooth.
Turn into an 8 inch ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Combine tuna, celery, pimento, onion and vinegar; mix well.
L'nmold lime ring onto serving platter.
Fill center with tuna mixture.
Garnish, with cucumber and parsley.
